Guadalupe Carrizo
Guadalupe Carrizo was born in 1987 in Tucumán, Argentina. She is a visual artist, photographer and environmental activist. She holds a Technical Degree in Photography and a BA in Fine Arts from the National University of Tucumán (UNT). She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Latin American Art at the National University of Cuyo (UNCUYO) and is a student in the Advanced Diploma in Environmental Humanities at the intersection of Art and Technology at UNTREF.
She is a research fellow of the SIIP program at UNCUYO and a member of the Art, Territory and Environment Study Circle of the Center for Research in Art and Heritage (CIAP – UNSAM / CONICET). She also works as a lecturer at the Instituto Superior de Arte y Comunicación in Catamarca, Argentina.
Alongside her artistic and academic work, she is an active member of Pro-Eco Grupo Ecologista and participates in several citizen assemblies in the NOA region, including Abrazo al Aconquija, the Red de Acción por el Buen Vivir and Paren de Fumigarnos Tucumán.
Guadalupe Carrizo nació en 1987 en Tucumán, Argentina. Es artista visual, fotógrafa y activista ecologista. Es Técnica Universitaria en Fotografía y Licenciada en Artes Plásticas por la Universidad Nacional de Tucumán (UNT). Actualmente cursa la Maestría en Arte Latinoamericano en la Universidad Nacional de Cuyo (UNCUYO) y es estudiante de la Diplomatura Superior en Humanidades Ambientales en el cruce entre arte y tecnología de la UNTREF.
Es becaria de investigación del programa SIIP-UNCUYO y miembro del Círculo de Estudios Arte, Territorio y Ambiente del Centro de Investigaciones en Arte y Patrimonio (CIAP – UNSAM / CONICET). También se desempeña como docente en el Instituto Superior de Arte y Comunicación de Catamarca.
En paralelo a su práctica artística y académica, integra Pro-Eco Grupo Ecologista y participa en diversas asambleas ciudadanas de la región NOA, entre ellas Abrazo al Aconquija, la Red de Acción por el Buen Vivir y Paren de Fumigarnos Tucumán.
